RETURN POLICY:
If for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within 14 days of ship date for a full refund of the purchase price excluding Shipping/Handling. Returned orders which qualified for FREE Shipping will have the Shipping/Handling charges deducted from the refund amount. Return orders must be accompanied by all FREE items which may have been included with the order. Due to the nature of this product we CANNOT accept returns for OPENED or USED lotions. We will accept returns for NEW lotions that are UNUSED, UNOPENED and sealed as they were shipped to you for a refund or exchange. Buyer will have to pay shipping costs to return the auction.
