All lotions are NEW and UNUSED! Lotions shipped by us have a piece of tape on cap to ensure the top stays closed during shipping and lotion does not open and leak out.

If for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within 14 days of ship date for a full refund of the purchase price excluding Shipping/Handling. Return orders must be accompanied by all FREE items which may have been included with the order. Due to the nature of this product we CANNOT accept returns for OPENED or USED lotions. We will accept returns for NEW lotions that are UNUSED, UNOPENED and sealed as they were shipped to you for a refund or exchange. Buyer will have to pay shipping costs to return the auction.
