New Costume Accessories Marching Band Red Braided Cord & White with Blue WEST

Never worn, these are salesman samples that I bought years ago.  You get a RED braided cord item that is used on marching band uniforms. I’ve shown a close up so you can see how it’s made.  Also a white item with Blue lettering WEST on the front.  It attaches to a uniform of some sort. Sorry I’m not familiar with exactly how these are used but it would add to your costuming inventory. Think marching band or The Music Man etc.  upstrs/2ndblckbtyrck
